Saturday Morning Football Coaching
Our Saturday Football Coaching is up and running at The University for Year 4- Year 8 and at St John's School field for Reception - Year 3.
We are a football coaching centre, not a club. Our aim is to build players confidence, skill and knowledge of the game to take with them when representing the club or school team. Our team of excellent coaches bring out the best in each player with a positive and enthusiastic manner and are either qualified or experienced players themselves.
Anyone of any ability rising from 4 is welcome to join our training sessions. Please contact us to enquire if a place is available for your child as we do have waiting lists for some age groups.
Dates are as follows: Saturday June 12th - Saturday 10th July (inclusive) 9.15-10.15am. We then break for the summer until we return in September.
Enjoy the game
We make football enjoyable and fun whilst helping young players to develop their skills, strength and general fitness. We encourage a ‘can do’ attitude where players can express themselves without the fear of making mistakes in order to learn, progress and gain further understanding of the game.
The ethos of C.A.C.L. Football is to encourage and promote the development of football within the community. We do not have a ‘team’ as such but we coach all players who want to improve their skill level and encourage them to be more confident when representing their school or club.
What we offer
Our excellent coaching team are experienced players/qualified coaches who nurture and develop players technical skills and understanding of the game. We believe strongly in 'activity based' coaching where our young players are fully involved in ball familiarity skills and small sided games.
My son's understanding of the game and skill set has improved immeasurably in his time with you, and for that I'm grateful. I believe C.A.C.L. is the most fun environment for a non-competitive entry into football within the Eastbourne area and it has always been good to watch as a spectator too’.
I'd like to pass on my thanks to Chris, Andy, John and all the coaches. Over the last 8 years, Oscar and Felix enjoyed their time and have both benefitted from the friendly and relaxed atmosphere on Saturday mornings. For me this is what best represents CACL and I will miss watching the sessions and seeing all the kids enjoying themselves.
