Our equipment includes asymmetric bars; floor & tumbling mats; vault; beams; trampette; trampoline; ropes; bouncy castle; benches and more to keep them bubbling throughout the week!
What to expect?
Lots of fun! We will design creative activities using various equipment throughout the sessions and coaching sessions will include working on floor skills, vaulting, beam and bar work. We also know that kids love jumping, so we will be trampolining and practising our jumps on single and double mini trampettes! We will also work on fun strength and conditioning, fitness and flexibility, using our small apparatus.
