What to expect

We create a fun environment and begin with varied games and activities to warm up, then stretching before moving onto the apparatus rotation where gymnasts will work in small groups, developing their skills in our safe and fully equipped gymnasiums. Throughout the week will also be working towards the British Gymnastics Proficiency Award Scheme and any awards achieved will be presented at the end of the week.

Enjoy our facilities

We offer a huge range of excellent equipment in our two gymnasiums, one has a matted floor area, portable tumble track and trampoline. The other is equipped with gym mats, safety mats, beams, asymmetric bars, vaulting apparatus, benches, ropes, trampettes, junior foam gym equipment and a bouncy castle! Gymnasts rotate in small groups between the two gymnasiums and enjoy the apparatus pieces each morning.

Active & fun

Our aim and priority is for the children to really enjoy themselves. The camp is a very sociable week where friendships grow and new friendships are made. We encourage gymnasts to work within their ability range and to achieve their full potential without any pressure. Our coaches are friendly and fun! Senior coaches are British Gymnastics qualified and are assisted by trained coaches to ensure they are sensitive to the needs of each child.

He's absolutely loved his classes with you and has come such a long way over the years which has been great to see. We'd like to pass on our thanks to you and your team for supporting them through their CACL journey.

Many thanks for what is a highly enjoyable and well-run squad. My son thoroughly enjoys his Saturday mornings with you.
