Welcome to Gymnastics in Eastbourne
We are delighted to be up and running again after a very turbulent time.
Our fun and energetic recreational gymnastics sessions take place in our two fully equipped gymnasiums at the University of Brighton, Denton Road, Eastbourne. We welcome everyone of all abilities from rising to 4-11 Years.
We are delighted that we are able to hold a Half Herm Gymnastics Camp on Tuesday 1st, Wednesday 2nd and Thursday 3rd June. Our camp will take place at an alternative but excellent venue, St Andrew's Prep Sports Hall in Meads.

What to expect
Fun, activity and excitement! Gymnasts will experience using all types of gymnastic apparatus designed to develop their gymnastics skills and we also work towards the British Gymnastics Award Scheme.
Our enthusiastic, experienced and qualified coaches team are sensitive to the needs of every individual and encourage each child to work to their full potential at an appropriate level with a positive and caring approach.
Gymnastics and health
We believe sport to be of great benefit in terms of health and well-being and delivered in the right way, with our caring and knowledgeable coaching staff, gymnastics is active, enjoyable and fun.

Gymtots: Wednesday 4.10 - 4.45pm (age 4-5yrs)
Gymtots: Saturday 8.35-9.20am / 9.25-10.10am (age 4-5yrs)
Minis: Friday 4.15-5.15pm / 5.20 - 6.20pm / 6.25-7.25pm (age 6-7yrs)
Mixed Recreational: Wednesday 5-6.15pm / 6.15-7.30pm (age 8-10yrs)
